Sixty Skylines Walking Tours
Leeds Art Gallery, Leeds (UK), 2021

Walking tour performance presenting the parallel histories of former art spaces in Leeds city centre since 1888, the year Leeds Art Gallery opened, alongside redevelopment opportunities in the area surrounding the gallery.

Framed through the lens of two characters, the artist and the property developer, the performed dialogues were sourced from artist and mission statements, newspaper articles, interviews and property sales brochures to present alternative visions of each site across multiple dimensions.

The work was performed with KP Culver as part of Spatial Drifts (2021), at Leeds Art Gallery.
