Exercise routine choreographed from body brace and other defensive positions published by the UK government in order to improve the chances of survival in the event of nuclear attack. The routine was performed on the banks of Gare Loch, against the backdrop of the Clyde Naval Base, Scotland, home of the Trident Nuclear Weapons Programme.
